The Earth remembers what we left behind.

After humanity disappeared from Earth,
the cities we once built remained,
slowly falling into ruin over time.

Buildings became ruins.
Roads were worn down by rain.
Concrete cracked.
Roots pushed through the city,
and soil gradually covered everything human hands had made.

So much time passed
that no one remained to remember what this place once was.

It opens with cool, clear, humid air,
like the atmosphere after rain.
The green freshness of spearmint and artemisia blends with bright bergamot,
evoking nature slowly returning to a place once abandoned by humans.

The smell of wet earth from geosmin becomes more prominent,
alongside damp concrete and water.
Juniper berry adds a cool, dry greenness,
evoking cracked city streets where rainwater collects
and plants begin to grow through the gaps.

Oakmoss and patchouli bring out the scent of earth, moss,
and the dampness of a forest floor.
Musk keeps the fragrance close to the skin,
while vanilla adds a subtle softness to the earth and concrete,
evoking ruins slowly reclaimed by nature until they become part of the soil.

Pale Blue Dot is not merely a fragrance about an empty world.
It is what continues after us,
growing quietly from everything we left behind.
