Q: Where do you ship your products?

A: We are based in California and currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Q: How long does shipping take within the USA?

A: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 3-7 business days thereafter. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Shipping costs $5. We offer free shipping for purchases of 2 items, a discovery set, or items totaling $150 and up.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your package directly on the carrier's website.

Q: What is the concentration of your fragrances?

A: The concentration level in MITH fragrances is around 20% (Eau de Parfum), while Proad and Prann fragrances are 30% (Extrait). However, projection and longevity vary with each scent.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns are subject to a $12 return shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
