Glin Dee Fragrances offers a curated collection of perfumes from Thailand’s leading fragrance houses. Based in California, we proudly introduce the craftsmanship and originality of Thai perfumery to the U.S. market—featuring standout brands such as MITH, PROAD, PRANN, and others.
Shipping
Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship throughout the United States from our base in California.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. For overseas inquiries, please contact us through the MITH Official Facebook page:
How long will it take to get my order?
- Orders are processed in 1–2 business days
- Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:
Economy: 5–7 business days
Priority: 3–5 business days
How much does shipping cost?
$8 for Economy Shipping (5–7 business days)
$10 for Priority Shipping (3–5 business days)
Free Economy Shipping on orders over $100
Orders under $35 are also eligible for a $6 Economy option (when available)
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes. Optional insurance is available at checkout through Route, which protects your package from loss, damage, or theft. We recommend adding this for high-value orders.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress in real time.
Product Information
What is the fragrance concentration of your products?
MITH fragrances are Eau de Parfum (approx. 20%)
PROAD, PRANN, and other brands are typically Extrait de Parfum (approx. 30%)
Please note that projection and longevity vary depending on the fragrance and individual skin chemistry.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. We are the official U.S. distributor for all the brands we carry. Every product is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the brand owners in Thailand.
Ingredients & Allergens
Where can I find the list of ingredients?
Ingredients are listed on each product’s packaging. For detailed breakdowns, you may also email us at glindeefragrances@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist.
What if I have a known allergy?
If you are allergic to specific compounds (e.g., BHT, Benzyl Salicylate, Benzyl Benzoate), please contact us before purchasing. We can share full INCI lists or safety data from the brands when available.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a $12 return shipping fee.
To initiate a return, please email us at glindeefragrances@gmail.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and a prepaid label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
What if my tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. All shipments include delivery confirmation from the carrier.
If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, this may be due to parcel lockers, building management, front desks, or misdelivery by the carrier. We recommend first checking with neighbors, your leasing office, or your local post office.
Package Protection (Recommended)
We offer optional package protection through Route at checkout for added peace of mind.
With Route Protection:
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages are covered, and claims can be filed directly through Route for fast and hassle-free resolution.
Without Route Protection:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are generally unable to replace or refund the order. In these cases, we will assist by guiding you on how to contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) to investigate the delivery.
We strongly recommend adding package protection, especially for higher-value orders or deliveries to apartments, parcel lockers, or shared mail areas.
