Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship throughout the United States from our base in California.

How long will it take to get my order?

- Orders are processed in 1–2 business days

- Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Economy: 5–7 business days

Priority: 3–5 business days

How much does shipping cost?

$8 for Economy Shipping (5–7 business days)

$10 for Priority Shipping (3–5 business days)

Free Economy Shipping on orders over $100

Orders under $35 are also eligible for a $6 Economy option (when available)

What is Checkout+ Package Protection?

At checkout, you have the option to add Checkout+, which provides peace of mind for every order. If your package arrives lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim through the Claims Portal and receive a same-item replacement or refund at no extra cost upon approval. If you did not purchase Checkout+ package protection, you may use the Claims Portal to file a claim, however; approval will be on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: Checkout+ is optional and can only be selected at checkout. Once your order is placed, Checkout+ cannot be added, cancelled, or refunded. Checkout+ is not included in store credit or refund amounts.
