Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All returns are subject to a $12 return shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at glindeefragrances@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
What if my tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. All shipments include delivery confirmation from the carrier.
If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, this may be due to parcel lockers, building management, front desks, or misdelivery by the carrier. We recommend first checking with neighbors, your leasing office, or your local post office.
Package Protection (Recommended)
We offer optional package protection through Route at checkout for added peace of mind.

With Route Protection:
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages are covered, and claims can be filed directly through Route for fast and hassle-free resolution.

Without Route Protection:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are generally unable to replace or refund the order. In these cases, we will assist by guiding you on how to contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) to investigate the delivery.
We strongly recommend adding package protection, especially for higher-value orders or deliveries to apartments, parcel lockers, or shared mail areas.
