Following your parcel

The moment your order is labelled, a shipping confirmation email goes out with your tracking number and a link that follows the parcel all the way to your door. That link stays live for the whole journey — it’s the quickest way to check.

Can’t find the email? Look in spam and promotions first. If it’s not there, send us your order number below and we’ll pass the tracking straight over.

Checkout+ package protection

At checkout you can add Checkout+. If your parcel arrives damaged, or never arrives at all — lost or stolen — file a claim and we’ll send a same-item replacement or refund you once it’s approved. No extra cost.

Didn’t add it? You can still file a claim. We look at those case by case, and we’d rather hear from you than not.

Checkout+ can only be chosen at checkout — it can’t be added, cancelled or refunded once an order is placed, and it isn’t included in refund or store-credit amounts.

Samples

Every fragrance we carry comes in 2ml, and samples ship in the same parcel as everything else. A sample-only order ships Economy like any other.
