At Bar B Q Plaza, cabbage is a signature part of the meal rather than a decorative side dish.

Suk-Jai opens with crisp, watery greenery and peppery freshness.
Where it settles
It develops into a smooth, subtly savoury heart before settling into clean white musk and warm sandalwood.
Cabbage and dipping sauce is a lot to take on trust.
